Luck Of the Irish Eligibility Requirements
- Entrants must be legal residents of the United States of America (excluding residents of Florida and Puerto Rico) and 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
- Entrants must currently reside at an address that is within the service area of a Northwest Exteriors Location. The service area of Northwest Exteriors is 100 miles from the nearest location.
- Single-family residence, which must be owned by the winner and located in an Eligible Location (a “Qualifying Residence”).
- Employees or agents of Northwest Exteriors, Inc. its affiliates, advertising, promotional, or PR agencies, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win.
- Winners will be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, including requested information regarding the Qualifying Residence, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of notification. By accepting and/or using prize, the winner agrees (1) to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness, and (2) Northwest Exteriors or its agent may enter and photograph, videotape, or otherwise record the Qualifying Residence before, during, and for a reasonable time period after the installation of the package and use such images, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation.
