I had several windows and a slider replaced. The installers did a great job in a very timely manner. They cleaned up well, explained the functions and noted a difficulty with the opening and closing the blinds on the slider. Scott, the Specialist who wrote the contract, came and inspected the job and immediately said he would have someone come to adjust the blinds. I am very pleased with everyone involved and would highly recommend Northwest. I will complete the windows with them in the future. Thank you, Scott.
