Lattice offers an unsurpassed durability that will preserve its beauty for years to come
When using our lattice shade covers we have the flexibility to determine the amount of shade it provides, resulting in 40% to 60% to total shade. Then, just the right amount of shade and sunlight can be created, offering more shade under one section of the Lattice cover while the other section allows more sunlight.
Designed to Fit
By working with our Northwest Exteriors project manager, we’ll work together to create the shade cover to fit perfectly with your home and outdoor space. Also, we provide you with additional options including special columns and contoured beams to help create a truly unique shade cover. With over 10 colors to choose from, there are plenty of choices to consider.
Properly manufactured shade structures such as the Elitewood series by Four Seasons will minimize harsh sunlight and heat, yet allow plently of light and free-flowing breezes. Shade factors will vary from 50 – 70 percent and can be created by easily reducing or increasing the spacing of the 2 x 3 inch heavy duty lattice tubes. See the degrees of shade as outlined in the images below.
Lattice Sizing
2 x 3 inch heavy duty lattice tubes are dimensionally proportionate to the standard wood lattice planks.
Thicker lattice tubes allow for a stronger more durable lattice structure.
5 inch on-center (2 inch spacing) lattice tubes allow for increased shading and sufficient air ventilation, a full 70 percent shade factor is achieved.
Multi-step coating system comes with a Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty.
